What areas surrounding CHARLOTTE do you cover? Can you tell me a little about each?

I love working the Charlotte NC area however, I must admit...the communities on the outskirts of Charlotte are beautiful and tranquil.

Once upon a time but not very long ago...the University Area was the hot spot. Everyone wanted to purchase a home in the University Area due to the close proximity of many restaurants, shopping, UNCC and easy access to I-85, I-77 and Downtown Charlotte.

Northlake Mall helped to develop the north/west corridor into an attractive area for buyers in the past 5 years or so. This area flows north I-77 into Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville.

If you like the water...Cornelius NC or Mooresville NC are the communities for you! They're surrounded by beautiful Lake Norman where you'll enjoy all the pleasures of "Lake Living" and the convienences of being 20 minutes away from Downtown Charlotte where you can catch a Panthers Football game on Sunday afternoon a Bobcats Basketball game on Friday night or visit the Theatre to see your favorite play.
